What this is

This page explains what you're agreeing to when you create an account on WINGS - Institute of Research, Innovation, Incubation and Commercialization, the online learning platform by WINGS — Institute of Research, Innovation, Incubation and Commercialization.

By signing up and using the platform, you're saying "Yes, I've read this and I'm fine with it." If something here doesn't sit right, don't use the platform.

What you can do

The site is here for learning. You can browse courses, enrol, study, earn certificates, and use every feature we make available. That's what the platform is for.

What you can't do

Common sense, mostly:

• Don't share, redistribute, or resell course materials
• Don't try to break into accounts that aren't yours
• Don't harass or impersonate other students or instructors
• Don't upload anything malicious
• Don't use the platform for anything illegal

Your account

Keep your password safe — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, let us know immediately at info@wingsiriic.com.bd.

If you sign in with Google, that part is handled by Google — we just get your name and email. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Content you submit

Anything you upload — your profile info, feedback, testimonials — still belongs to you. But by posting it, you're allowing us to display and use it to run the platform. Make sure you have the right to share anything you submit.

Our content

All course materials, videos, site design, and branding belong to WINGS Institute (or our licensors). You can watch and learn from them, but you can't copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Payments

When a course has a fee, you pay it before you get access. We verify your payment, then unlock the course. We never see or store your card details — we only ask for a transaction ID to confirm the payment went through.

Refund policy, if applicable, is shown at the time of purchase and follows Bangladeshi consumer protection regulations.

Certificates

Finish a course, and we'll issue you a certificate — it proves you completed it. Certificates aren't academic degrees unless we specifically say so. We can revoke a certificate if it turns out it was earned through fraud.

Third-party services

We use services like Google OAuth for sign-in. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies — we can't control how they work. When you use them, you're also agreeing to their rules.

Closing your account

You can leave any time — just ask us to close your account. If you seriously break these rules, we might suspend or close it ourselves. Either way, any certificates you earned stay valid, but you'll lose access to course content.

Liability

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the platform will be perfect or always available. The platform is provided "as is." If something goes wrong, the most we'd owe you is what you paid us in the last three months.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If there's ever a dispute, it would be handled in Bangladeshi courts.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. For anything major, we'll email you. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you're okay with it.
